Join us to commemorate
A Vietnam Veterans’ Day Remembrance Service will be held at ANZAC Square, Brisbane on Monday 18th August 2025, commencing at 11:00am.
Guests to be seated by 10:40am in ANZAC Square where the Service will be held.
The Remembrance Service is to honour those who fell during the Vietnam War and those who served.
Also, this year marks the 50th Anniversary of the last Australian troop withdrawal from Vietnam, the Embassy Guard. (RAAF Airfield Defence Guard)
This is event is organised by the Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia QLD Branch Inc.
The Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia was formed to assist Vietnam Veterans and their families after their return from the Vietnam War. The Association has progressed, and now looks after all Veterans regardless of conflict, or Service, and all members who have served in the Armed Services.
